How We Do It

We send all results in PDF form unless otherwise specified by the client. We also have the capability to send results in TIFF form if preferred and for those times that the internet is down, we can also fax results if needed. For Certified and Plat requests, results are sent via USPS unless otherwise instructed. We can also utilize Fed Ex and UPS services if an account number is provided.  We visit the Dallas Bulk Mail Center every week day morning to send out Certified and Plat results.

Please note: Each County and District Clerk offices have different procedures and time frames for public requests. An estimated time frame will be sent to the client after request has been submitted.
